VITROPERM Standardkerne til strømkompenserede spoler i beholder

VITROPERM®-cores for Common Mode Chokes are available in different permeability levels between 20.000 and 100.000 (at 10 kHz). The standard series is offered in plastic boxes (FIX 022), a volume-optimized series with expoxy coating (FIX 350) is offered as VF-series. For applications with very high differential mode currents (e. g. frequency converters with long cabel connections to the motor) the VITROPERM® 250 grade features a permeability level of about 4000. Combined with the high saturation flux density of 1,2 T, these cores allow high unbalanced currents without saturation effects.

The high permeabilities of the nanocrystalline cores enables high damping values in the low-frequency range with low number of turns. This results in low winding capacities, and therefore an an excellent damping characteristic at higher frequencies. This broad-band behaviour is typically available in significantly smaller sizes compared to ferrite solutions.

VITROPERM®-kerne til strømkompenserede spoler tilbydes i forskellige permeabilitetsniveauer mellem 20.000 og 100.000 (ved 10 kHz) som standardserie in FIX 022 (beskyttelsesbeholder af plast) samt volumenoptimeret som VF-serie i FIX 350 (med epoxyharpiks-lag). Til anvendelser med meget høj forudgående belastning (fælles strømme, f.eks. forskydningsstrømme via effektkapaciteter) bruges VITROPERM® 250-kvalitet med et permeabilitetsniveau på ca. 4000 (FIX 022).

Takket være de høje permeabiliteter ved lave frekvenser opnås der i dette område høje dæmpende værdier med lave viklingstal. De heraf opnåede lave viklingskapaciteter øger dæmpningen ved høje frekvenser. Der fås i alt en meget bredt dæmpningsforhold ved delvist betydeligt lavere størrelser i forhold til ferrit-spoler.
